The 10YO Arlington Storm clinched a birth in the Babe Ruth Southeastern Regional Tournament in Williamsburg with a second place finish against Williamsburg in the Virginia State Tournament this past weekend.  Their wins were marked by come-from-behind victories and late inning drama.  In all five of their games, two or fewer runs separated the Storm and their opponents when entering the sixth inning.  In the bottom of the sixth in the semifinals, with the infield pulled in, shortstop Mason Bodnar threw out Glen Allen's runner who was attempting to tie the game at the plate.  With this 12-11 victory, the Storm clinched the Southeast Regional Bid.  Charley Callen, Will Evans, Will Tallon, Jack Rubin Kieran Sacks and Mason Bodnar all batted over .400 for the Storm.  Callen led the way with a .588 batting average and 6 RBI's.  Will Evans led Storm pitchers with 0 earned runs over 6.2 innings of work.
